I am truly delighted to share my thoughts as a collaborating partner with Spectrum Life School. At Trihus Lab, our mission is to bring future-ready learning to students — learning that goes beyond textbooks and helps them think creatively, build confidently, and solve real-world problems. This purpose is what led us to approach Spectrum Life School. We found a school that values innovation as much as academic excellence and shares our vision of nurturing young minds who imagine boldly and learn fearlessly.
In today’s world, Design Thinking is not just an added skill — it is essential. Students need to learn how to question, experiment, observe, and design meaningful solutions. Spectrum’s environment, which already encourages creativity and practical learning, made it the perfect place to launch this program.
Through our collaboration, we offer a comprehensive Design Thinking program for Grades 5 to 11. Students explore 3D modelling through SelfCAD, digital design using Photopea, prototype creation with 3D Printing, graphic design in PixelPals, the idea-to-product journey in Toy Manufacturing Basics, entrepreneurship concepts in Junior MBA, and virtual world exploration through Metaverse Basics. These sessions are led by a trained Trihus Lab instructor, ensuring hands-on, step-by-step learning where students design, build, test, and refine their ideas.
The most inspiring part of this journey is witnessing the transformation in students. Children who begin with hesitation soon grow into confident thinkers. They ask deeper questions, approach challenges with structure, and express their ideas boldly. This positive shift is the true reason we brought this program to Spectrum.
I am sincerely grateful to Spectrum Life School for welcoming this initiative, believing in the value of design thinking, and trusting Trihus Lab to guide this journey. Together, we are shaping young innovators who are ready to create, explore, and lead the future with confidence.
Warm regards,
Ms. Sruthi Venkatesh
